I Searched around to see if there was a thread started about this, and didn't find one so if there is one sorry. But i was just wanting to see how big of a difference it is in every state...
I'll start first (even tho mines probably the worst lol.) I'm from Nebraska and our Wage is $5.15 an HR. I honestly think its pretty sad. --------------------  |

In the UK, from October 2007 the adult minimum wage rate will rise to £5.52
That is approx $11.18 per hour. We call it the McDonalds rate. People judge cost of living in different parts of the world by the price of a big mac meal / minimum wage Big mac meal approx $8.50 in UK |
