i know a few of you guys have the prosport gauges. i just wanted to see what you thought of them after having them installed for a while.

Stef has them with the 2 gauge pod. they light up great in the day white, not the best pics but they are very readable in white durring the daytime.   and at night they light up bright green. They cannot be dimmed and are much brighter then the stock green bulbs (pic below)  now if you get some green LEDs for the stock gauge cluster, (she did later) then they will match much better, but not perfect, just much better. Here's a pic of the green LEDs in the stock gauge cluster.  Now I can't find a pic of the LEDs and the guages together, I'll keep looking and post it up if I find it. my opinion pros : they are pretty inexpensive and look good cons : they aren't as easy to wire as other gauges because of the 2 color output (white/day, green/night), they can't be dimmed, they can't be wired to a dimable light source (or they won't light up properly at all), and the fittings/senders they come with are kinda generic. -------------------- |

Blinding, distracting, and worst of all: cop magnet...  Are you sure they just don't work with the rising-ground dimming that Toyota uses?
