what type of maintenance should i be doing?? i can name some of the basics...can you guys help me out on what i left out...PLEASE...
ohh yeah i have a 97 ST automatic Need: Spark Plugs Cap and Rotor Wires PCV Valve Timing Belt, water pump, tensioner Flush Coolant Flush power steering fluid(how hard is this?? or should i take it to a shop??) inspect all the hoses and replace ones that need replacing
check the battery terminals for corrosion and clean if necessary inspect and the rotate or replace the tires if needed ispect your brake pads and replace (along with resurfacing the rotors) if necessary air filter inspect your axle boots replace fuel tank cap gasket adjust valve clearances inspect the exhaust for leaks inspect your steering and suspension systems maybe pull you throttle body and EGR off and clean any carbon build out of them plus all the other stuff you said. -------------------- ![]() 94 GT - Sold -------- 69 Pontiac Lemans - Sold 88 Alltrac - Sold ---- 04 WRX - Sold 00 GT-S - Sold ------ 91 Miata - project/drift car 95 GT - Sold -------- 96 GT - New Daily Drive |
