 Fading mirrors and door handles |

I've seen this especially on red celis. The door handles and mirrors fade to a very attractive pink... although it matches the center of my rims,
 I absolutely can't stand it. Is there a option other than getting them sprayed? Has anybody ever tried just clearing over them? How about black spray paint?

Went to the stealership finally today... had her look it up to verify part numbers, they are the same as jason listed. $85.97 EACH!!!
So.... looks like I'll need to vinly or paint. |
