Thinking about getting an ebay header for my 94 ST, and wondered about the effect on fuel economy.
People have said that the ebay header moves power up into the higher rpms. Now, will less power in the lower band mean better or worse gas mileage for city driving? How about highway speeds? Also, how much does the ebay header weigh VS. stock exhaust manifold? Thanks |

its about 1/2 the weight of the stock manifold, i've had no loss of MPG, its very driveable you loose a little power at low rpm but gain more uptop. i can easily get 28mpg around town stop and go and 36 highway isnt untainable. 32mpg at 3000 in 4th even!
