Topmix kit Options

Hi team,

Discussing a full option front lip recently I was directed to Topmix of Hong Kong. They do a lip called the A001 (others refer to it as 'magic lip') which seems pretty much the same as the full option lip.

So I sent them an email and it turns out that they do sell direct to the public, although shipping costs are the killer! But they also do OEM sides so I will be ordering the front lip and sides from them very soon. Total cost is AU$633 (US$524) including shipping (the shipping makes up about 2/5 of that cost).

OK big update!

My kit finally arrived today. It's late and after a quick test fit in the dark it seems to fit really well. I've gotta say that the quality is really top notch - pre-primed and ready to paint with no sanding or extra work needed. It even has black mesh already fitted over the small vents in the front. All of the mounting holes in the side skirts are already drilled ready to fit. The front lip even has the little fibreglass mounting brackets moulded on so should just bolt straight on.

Now the bad news: nobody told me that when you get stuff sent by sea you will have to pay more money to get it off the ship at your end. In this case I had to pay AU$415! I nearly died when the shipping company sent me the invoice but had no choice and had to pay it

So other than the shipping costs I would say that the Topmix kit is really excellent value. Once they know that you are serious with an order their communication was fine
