nothing crazy but I installed a window module today. So now my windows go up whenever I arm my alarm. -------------------- |

I've had these on all my cars I've installed alarms on, lol. I love window modules.
Basically, for a basic 2 window up module you have seven wires: +12v Ground Grounded when armed Left motor Left switch Right motor Right switch You find out which wire gives +12v when the window you want to control is rolling up (or down, if you want to make windows go down), then cut that wire, and hook up one wire from the window module to the motor side, and one to the switch side. It's really not too hard to install at all. Matt, You can't make them roll down unless you buy a different window module. The one in your car will only roll two windows in one direction. Dustin, Doesn't the 529t make your windows one-touch in the direction that they're wired to roll? That's what the local authorized DEI retailer told me, but they could be wrong. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
