i believe there'e a few threads on the 5sfe headers....
if your looking to get an 4-2-1 good luck... for 4-2-1 you have to get the 3sfe header and modify it to fit because the down pipe is different... this header is okay to use i had one before i got into an accident(you can check my profile i have a pic of my engine bay)...there were some noticable gains...pretty much this a header with no cat and has two holes for both sensors... i personally would perfer a 4-2-1 but there's non made for the 6gc 5sfe....hope this answers your questions...
