 5s-fe engine problem, i have a problem with something in my engine |

so ok as im crusin around town i noticed that my engine light just turned on and for the last couple of days i have been noticing that the engine is sputtering around 3400-4000 rpm in second and third gear
 ...so im thinking its the oil that needs to be changed but im not sure if its just that...because im loosing alot of horsepower i smash the gas and i can barly notice a difference in speed so if someone can help me out with this i have a gt 95 with a 5s-fe engine any help would be much appreciated thanks![b]

Actually, there's a shop a block from my work that can read it so I'm going over there after work and the guy is going to read it for free. If I have to have work done, I can just drop the Celi off and walk
 I'm sure all will be well, but who really knows?

Regardless, I had it checked this morning and it's saying that there's insufficient EGR flow. Seems coincidental that the first problem on my old car was EGR as well.
