so in the buying/selling forum
i kind of wanna buy a **** load of stuff but i only have an ATM card so its kind of gay can anyone help me on how to get **** online or make a paypal account? |

he does have a bank account but it's just a savings account (atleast that is what i assume because he has an atm card). try to see if your parents will help you open a checking account so you can get a debt card. these are usually backed by visa or mastercard so you can use it anywhere that accepts either.
to confirm your paypal account they deposit some money (not much, it's only like $.13) into your bank account and ask you to tell them how much they deposited. if you give them the correct amount the account is a confirmed account. --------------------  Call me a traitor! See if I care. ;) |
