I have been searching all day and am just getting more frustrated than anything. I purchased a '94 Celica for my son and am trying to get it up and running before he gets home from summer break. But the previous owner said the ECU was bad and that's all it needed to get going. So after ebay, trdparts4u and several thousand sites off of google for ecu's can anyone point me in the right direction to getting this puppy running.
Also, how hard is it to pull and rebuild these engines? Can anyone give me ideas on typical problems I am going to face with these models. Again I appreciate all the help, oh and I have already ordered my '93 accord cai off ebay as directed in other threads. thanks again. |

Well with a new battery i can't even get spark, so?
I am going to work on it this weekend and see, thanks to all who have been willing to give up info to a new celi owner. This is my first japanese car (other than a couple higher end lexus and I never worked on them fearing voiding warranty). Any and all help is appreciated, also if there are any good clubs or shops in the Dallas area I would love to know. |
