Im trying to remove the timing belt and dont wont to mess nething up so i not exactly sure of how to keep the pulleys from rotating....can ne1 show me pix or somthing to get it off....(engine is out of car and only thing on engine is timing belt and exhaust manifold)

i need to get the whole assembly off tho...pulleys and all....sorry if i didnt make that clear.
