Take off the plastic piece from the driver’s side of the hatch (make sure to unplug the small light on that panel). You don’t have to take it all the way off, once you undo enough of the clips/bolts holding it in you can bend it back enough to do what you need to do. That will expose the antenna assembly. There are a few screws that need to be undone, as well as unplugging the harness from the motor. I did this a long time ago so I don’t remember what you need to do to bring the mast through the hole in the panel but it should be pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps.
