Updated driveby Video! 07-08-07
I put this together with a friend using the ebay CAI that everyone was getting. Details: I used the S Curve pipe, cut 1 inch off the end that connects to the throttle body, cut 4 inches off the other end. Used a 7 dollar 3"-2.5" hose coupler from Oreillys. Took out the engine bay part of the stock intake, but left the rest on. I didn't even have to lift the car. ![]() Pictures: ![]() ![]() edit: I was hoping for some comments on the sounds and look. I'm not sure if it should sound like that but it sounds good to me. Opinions welcome! This post has been edited by cHinaman727: Jul 8, 2007 - 10:43 PM -------------------- |

I was wondering though why you would use more gas by changing your intake from stock to SRI. Right now I have a big crack on my intake right now too, I had to wrap it with duct tape : /
I hope they send me the 3in. piping from eautosource then! I plan to get catback exhaust, keeping both cats, with a magnaflow muffler as soon as I can after my intake....I want a good exhaust, but with still good emissions. |
