is there a way to put a kill switch to the starter so i can kill it and not worrie someone will still my key nor hotwire it, was thinking of a kill switch on the ground wire.....wil this work or no........i already know where to hide the switch

most thefs wont know what to do in that situation theyll think batt is no good or car is no good that sounds pretty cool tho....iv looked and dont know where the ecu is located is it driver center or passenger side? and another if you can some way send a pic or even tell me witch wire this is that would be great......can it in any way damage my ecu? can this be done to any cars ecu?
