is there a way to put a kill switch to the starter so i can kill it and not worrie someone will still my key nor hotwire it, was thinking of a kill switch on the ground wire.....wil this work or no........i already know where to hide the switch

I think you're underestimating the knowledge of thieves. A starter kill, especially one wired into the [reasonably accessible] ignition harness wiring, is quite easy to bypass, at least most of the ones that I've seen. All you have to do in most cases is look for the non-stock wires, cut them, and touch them together.
Far more effective would be to kill power to the fuel pump or to one of ECU wires as praetor suggested. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
