5sfe 3sgte head swap, what will I need to do to swap the heads? Options

hello I have a 1995 5sfe with a duel cold air intake a thomas racing chip and in a few days ill have two electric turbos so all in all im pushin close to or a little more than 200 hp carzy huh? anyway I was told I could swap my 5sfe head with the 35gte head is that true?will it give me more hp or will I lose hp with it being a 2.0?what about my cam gears dont the 3sgte run off two and the 5sfe run off one?what modifacations will I have to do to have the head put on my car any and all advice will be more than helpfull yeah before I forget will I have to get 3sgte throttle body spacers or 5sfe spacers Im getin spacers soon?

sorry, your a LONG way from 200hp.
no, you cannot just swap heads. its basicly a 3sgte swap, + machine work, custom pistons, and a bunch of fabrication to get working properly.
those electric turbo things are junk. dont even bother, you'll just get made fun of.
your "racing chip" is a resistor that fools the engine into thinking the engine is cold at all times, so it dumps more fuel in.
if anything you'll lose power with it, IMO.
