Hey guys i was just wondering if we have some sort of pollen filter that we need to replace from time to time, because im getting an awful wet flower/dead leaves smell when the a/c is on. In my moms 2000 jetta she had a pollen filter and she had to change it when this happend to her?

and yes the blower motor is behind the glove box. I think there are 4 screws that hold it in. Very easy to get in and out. The glove box is also 4 screws.
