So, I was driving along. Minding my own business. When some lady merged/turned onto the road I was driving on.. going about 45ish. Clearly she didn't/couldn't see me. So, she hit me. Ran me off the road into a ditch.
She hit me in the drivers side rear quarter panel or whatever. It's fked. I find out tomorrow whether or not it's totalled. The po-po says it looks like it. More details when I'm not sleepy.

Yes, I'm fine. I was just really angry. But yes, it wasn't my fault and the police report does say that. The insurance company took photos.
Funny thing is, when this happened, I was driving it to drop it off to get my CV joints changed. But yeah. Haven't heard anything from them yet. -------------------- |
