Some of you know I got the new car a couple of months ago, but I really wanted to transfer my bodykit from my old car to the new one, along with a little bit of modding. See what ya think.
Old car and bodykit on the left, new car on the right. ![]() Made a fibreglass mould from the new cars bumper scoop, and made a fibreglass copy of the scoop ![]() Bit of chopping, bit of bonding and filling later ![]() ![]() bit of paint ![]() and we have an almost finished product ![]() now just needs a good polish to buff the freshly sanded paint back to be shiny again. |

I just use EASY filler, Not sure if you can get a truly flexible filler though bud. Fibreglass is probably almost as flexible as plastic (depending upon how thick you make it anyway!)
Filler is crazily sticky though, it will stick almost anything to anything if theres a decent amount of overlap! Will try the How To Tips in a few weeks. |
