Welcome,

Here is some of the best advice anyone will give you, at the top of each forum, there is a thead labeld "stickie...", that thread has links to many important, and informative threads, that answer many FAQ from newcomers, and senior enthusiast alike.

I highly recommend viewing them, you'll learn quite alot.

edit 1: Also, the Toyota Celica ST, has a 1.8L I4 engine (engine code: 7afe), it is a FWD model. They came in, Coupe, liftback (aka hatchback) and Convertable.

The Toyota Celica GT, has a 2.2L I4 engine (engine code: 5sfe), it is also FWD, They also came in, Coupe, Liftback (aka hatchback) and Convertable.
The GT had options like, leather, premium sound (8 speaker), chrome exaust tip, and height adjustable seats (driver side only)

Gratz to your friend on the new car. Post up some photos when you can.

Good luck.

edit 2: ST204 is USDM Gt body code, and AT200 is USDM ST body code, ST205 is the body code for the GT-4.
