Who has imported Gt-Fours to the U.S.? what is the process like? (price, time ect.)

jesus..the fun machine is jus so close yet soo far.
im poor, but when im a little older im hoping to find a GT4 somwhere overseas n get it shippd here. jus gotta keep my celi goin so i can swap dem vinz..
