Hey guys I got an NA ST 7afe n i was just wondring about advancing my timing. I know that you can gain some hp in the wheels, but is it good for the car? Also, how exactly can u advance your timing? Can a local shop do it for you? Does fuel octane have a minimum for maximum power? Thanks in advance! haha

bingo, with an intake or just a derestricted airbox 5deg of timing really added some smooth power to the engine. all the way from off idle and it faded just around 5000 rpm. the header killed the fade and moved the power to the midrange.
