 Paypal, Why is it taking so long? |

So i sent some money to a guy for some parts, and hes waiting for the money to clear first before he sends it, which is fine by me. I know i got the money in my bank account, so no worries on my side. It's been a week, and the money STILL hasn't cleared. why is it taking so long? i did a transaction a week before this one, and with more money as well !

i forgot to mention that i chose to make it an echeck or something, and paypal normally emails me when it clears. i checked the status as well, and it says the same thing, hasnt cleared yet.
