on my passenger rear brake my brake pad isnt releasing from the disk. while driving the brake scrapes on the disk and eventually looses until i use the brakes again and it clings to it again. anyone help me?

a good temporary fix is to lubricate the inside of the brake piston walls in the caliper. by pushing on your brake pedal to push the brake piston out and using a c-clamp to push the piston back in will help spread the lubricant.
if you still have a problem after that, then you need to either get your calipers rebuilt or get new ones.
