I'm reconsidering installing a sub in my car but was wondering, where is the best place to run my power wire through the firewall? In my old car I had to drill a hole, but I had tons of room to do it. This car seems a lot more cramped for space and there aren't many grommets to use.
Where did you put your power wire through? (I'm running 4 ga. to the trunk) This post has been edited by Sinyk: Aug 18, 2007 - 11:37 AM -------------------- ![]() |

More Pics
![]() ![]() A few pictures from the dry run install. AudioControl Overdrive Line Driver and Eclipse 5442 ![]() AudioControl 24XS Crossover, Phoenix Gold Tantrum 500.2 and Phoenix Gold 1 Farad Cap ![]() Kicker 12" Comp CVT shallow mount sub in a prebuilt kicker box. I felt dirty buying a box, but I don't have the time to custom build one (and this one fit right in and I clamped it to my strut tower bar!) ![]() I'll have to take some pics now that it's all properly installed and cleaned up. The sub sounds good, but still not close to what my AVI SLS-300 was ![]() -------------------- ![]() |
