after waiting months for it to get painted, its finally done. didnt get it blended so the red is a bit brighter than the rest of the car but i was told it will darken as it cures, not to mention my car needs a good buff/wax so hopefully it will even out a bit. pics up soon.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

your car sorta reminds me of my car... my hood and bumper are a tad lighter than the rest of the body. i found out that the paint scanner isn't as accurate for matching bright paint colors like red than other colors...
if you're still rolling with the stock paint, always use the toyota paint code.
and i can't believe it took them 3 months to paint your hood and bumper...

he used the paint code. it took so long because i work at a toyota dealership with a bodyshop, and i was paying him on the side. they arent allowed to do sidework so he worked on it whenever he could, not to mention the hood was used and had dents, gouges and what not. he did an excellent job. cost me 300 for him to repair and paint my hood, bumper, raiser blocks, 2-post wing. that is cheaper than a quote i got from maaco for JUST the hood. i cant complain.
