need advice for some new n/a mods.....got header and oversized pistons .040 prolly gonna port match my head....ne other ideas?

maybe just have your head machined down a little (it's gonna need to be done anyway when you take your head off) to raise your compression ratio a little.
if you're just looking for 20hp above stock, a CAI, headers, and exhaust should get you at least 10-15 of that, then just a piggyback like an SAFC II tuned on a dyno should give another 5-10. those things alone would reach your goal. Because you have oversized pistons and you wanted to port match your head, I thought you were going all out with it. 20 hp should be pretty easy to attain though.
