starting my new job in a week...but..... Options

So im starting my new job working for Nissan Infiinty of Windsor in a weeks time. Im just gonna b starting off doing oil changes, tires, and really simple basic work. eventually im gonna get up into the big shop. I would be really excited but then my friend dropped this in my mail box this morning. It was an add posted in the Windsor Star newspaper's classified for a Ford dealership in Fort Mc Murray Alberta....


im starting at $9/hr ...it kinda makes me wanna move...except for 1 minor detail...housing out there is insanely expensive.

I was just kinda peved that im starting at $9/hr..and then out there its $43.50/hr..plus another $0.50/hr for tool and boot allowance...kinda sucks.

just wanted to vent.

But yeah... 9/ hour doing oil changes seems like a lot to me already... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do an oil change. That's why people go to school. The more you know, the more valuable you are.

I'm sure doing oil changes and such for 9/ hour is what you plan on permanently doing.
