My first intake and my first try. It seemed simple enough but i just wanted to make sure that it was done right. I've been running it for a few days now with no problems. I noticed a slight increase in response but i could be imagining it. But it does look good though! biggrin.gif

I didn't realize how dirty it was under the stock air box! Please don't mind my homemade battery bracket. The old one broke. tongue.gif

Since i used the stock tubing, the only adjustments i had to do was relocated the air sensor. Is this done correctly?

If you're talking about the bottom half of the stock air box, then yes. But if you're referring to the the air intake tubing that is coming from the front, then no. Why? Was it supposed to stay on or do i have to compensate for its absence?

EDIT - Or are you talking about the tube that connects to the bottom of the intake tubing? Sorry, hard for me to explain but there were two tubes that were connected to the tubing before the box filter and the engine. I left everthing as is except i removed the box and drilled a new hole for the air sensor.
