 RPM dips then car shakes at idle |

Hi, just recently my 5sfe has started to idle weird. Sometimes it idles at 600-700rpms, then suddenly dips to below 500 rpms and then my car shakes as though im about to stall.
i changed spark plugs not long ago. Does anybody know what else i should check for? |

aic and o2 sensor could be bad or aic needs cleaning

LewFX o2 is on exhaust manifold, aic is on intake manifo...
