 Car running rich |

I think my car is running a bit rich , the exhaust has alot of soot or carbon or whatever and when i start it in the morning there is a really heavy smell of gasoline coming out of the exhaust that only goes away after about 20 minutes of driving ... how do it tune the engine to fix this ?

if you don't have a turbo ( which I don't think you have ) yu can try replacing your O2 sensors.
