I have a 94 ST hatchback, and among many mods I'd like to make to it is to convert the manual door locks and windows to power windows. Is there any way to do this, really, or would I need to just get new doors all together and then do the wiring?

yeah there is. You need to buy some switches, window regulators, etc.
If you can, hit up a junk yard and find a Celica with power windows and grab everything you can from the doors. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
