When i drive in a narrow street i can hear a churning metal sound coming from my rear left wheel ... what is that ? and how to fix it ? .... i am a big noob but can it be the wheel bearing ? or like the brakes are stuck somehow ?

just shot my brakes with brakleeen thingy and the noise went away
