Im gonna be painting Sarah's new coupe trunk tomorrow, and i wanna know how to take it off. Any one know/wanna give some insite on how to remove it.

Blowdryer and dental floss
heat up the emblem (adhessive underneath it) with the blow dryer....but dont do it to much, otherwsie you will cause paint damage...and then slide the floss under it, and make a gentle "sawing" motion back and forth...kinda like flossing your teeth actually, go slow and then pull it off slowly, then use your thumb and some goo gone and a towel to get rid of any adhesive left over, and then clean that area very well with soap, and then id reccomend waxing it. -------------------- ![]() KB |
