 Car running rich |

I think my car is running a bit rich , the exhaust has alot of soot or carbon or whatever and when i start it in the morning there is a really heavy smell of gasoline coming out of the exhaust that only goes away after about 20 minutes of driving ... how do it tune the engine to fix this ?

I am guessing the Universal Sensors will just have the wires running off on its own to connect the cars to. I would just get them then and make sure you solder it properly.
