i live in California and as almost everybody knows , our emission laws are stricter than the rest of the nation .... so in order for me to swap my engine i will have to find somebody to look the other way and kind of pass it through the evil smog check ..... anybody here on the website lives in southern California and knows "a guy" that would do such thing .... because i been asking people that i know without any success ....

ahahahahaha i have to say this is one of the best threads i've seen since i joined almost a year ago..

I think it differs by county. I know Cuyohoga county has echeck, but recently they made it free of charge to get tested like 2 years ago or something. California has too many strict laws i want to move haha. Anyone know which state has the least amount of automotive laws? --------------------  |
