I don't know exactly where this should go...its exterior...yet its electrical....anywayz, anybody got an idea on how I can get my 2 high beams to just be low beams along with my out ones....is it just a matter of re aiming or what...any help would be greatly appreciated...........thanx fellas

Its impossible, what makes your high beam "high beam" is the lens, not what's inside.
If you want the 4 headlights look, do something like ra65_22re with clear bulbs.

while I agree with this statement, there is a little more to it, the lamps from a low beam I believe are 1/2 covered in black coating preventing light from going directly out.. it relies on the radiated light to reflect in the actual enclosure and find its way out in front of you in a nice diffused manner.

I think everyone here who is interested in 4 lit lamps are not necessarily looking for functionality of the "converted" high beams they just want them to glow a bit and a very controlled, low voltage to the HB lamps themselves might give the illusion of being on while not giving off enough light to be irresponsible / dangerous
