California smog check, need to find "a guy" Options

i live in California and as almost everybody knows , our emission laws are stricter than the rest of the nation .... so in order for me to swap my engine i will have to find somebody to look the other way and kind of pass it through the evil smog check ..... anybody here on the website lives in southern California and knows "a guy" that would do such thing .... because i been asking people that i know without any success ....

Here in Alabama nothing gets checked on our cars. Hell when you go get your tag renewed they don't even ask for proof of insurance! The only downside to living here is that you see the usual honda ricers and then there's the redneck pickups that are lifted sky high with no cat or they have snorkles for off roading. All in all it's a great place if you wanna do anything to your car and not worry about it
