Hi, at first i believe this problem was hydralic, but its not, i can see the slave cylinder pin pushes out the clutch fork, but i can't get it into gear, i can go thorugh gears while the car is off, but not on, and when i start the car in first, if i hold in the clutch it doesn't move, but once u let up a little, it will start to engage very early, also there is a squeaky noise always going, unless i push in the clutch all the way

What clutch are you using? if its an aftermarket with a heavy pressure plate then its slave-related....

I have a ACT street clutch and even then, i have the same problem you describe but it always goes in its just a little hard because with the clutch pedal all the way in its still not completely disengaged....

I noticed one of the MR2oc vendors sells a longer slave cylinder rod to fix this problem for $23 shipped, i have yet to try it, but i'd like to know if it solves the problem.
