Double sided tape....it kinda melted a bit and stunk up the enginebay/car when we first had it out on the road, but its fine now. yeah i was concerned about the melting that's why i asked, I looks good! I had a similar idea but idk about it yet. What about using RTV silicone as the adhesive? I think it'd work with the heat. Just use beads at key points to hold it down without it squishing out on the valve cover. the only downside to puttin it on the valve cover after driving for 4 hours the celica badge its self melted a tiny bit. Nothing tooo noticeable..but it was fine. Im probably gonna b taking it off and gettin sarah's brother to airbrush the word celica on it. |
