I want to get a GPS but I don't really know much about them. I am currently looking at these:

Garmin - nüvi 370 GPS Receiver with Traffic Update Capabilities

TomTom - GO 720 Portable GPS Receiver with 4.3" LCD Touch Screen

What i like about them is that they have traffic updates
Take you turn by turn
and have MP3

Any suggestions on which one or if you recommend a different one?

I have a TomTom One. You can get them for about 200-300$ depending on where you shop. Its very small and simple to use, and has never let me down. You'll never get lost again. Especially by those terrible mapquest directions.

Edit... As far as traffic updates, you have to pay a monthly fee for that, and have a bluetooth phone. It's not worth it.

exactly !

I have Tom Tom, it has been very good so far, the battery life is not so great, but may be because I haven't let it charge long enough probably.

Daftgirl : You should have taken a better look at mine when we met up last time instead of going to sleep lol.
