Why is it that whenever u order a Chinese chicken/beef dish it comes with like 85% vegetables and like 10% meat and like 5% sauce? What a rip-off !!!

good rant, it's restaurants like these that keeps me from coming back. i've been going to many chinese restaurants around here and ordered similar dishes (minced beef and assorted vegetables with bean curd or black bean sauce..
 mmmm...). i rate restaurants by the proportion of meat and vegetables they hand out. taste comes second.
