Why is it that whenever u order a Chinese chicken/beef dish it comes with like 85% vegetables and like 10% meat and like 5% sauce? What a rip-off !!!

I like to rate not by meat/veggie ratio, but more quality-quantity/price.
For instance, yesterday I went to a place called "zao noodle bar" and got.... well I don't remember the name, but it was chicken, beef, noodles (duh), veggies, and ****ake mushrooms. overall the food was great, but the price was crazy high (for what it was). thus - never going back there. edit... wtf, we can't say ****ake? hmmmm $hitake better? sheesh.
