Just got some new door panels and was wondering what speakeer setup anyone else has used for this.

I have tried 3ways in a celica and it didnt really work too well. Going back to two way atm.(morel supremo and Seas l18 midbass) .
Yeah, I just use the stock speakers for rearfill whenever passengers are in the car. They are connected to my headunit amp and I just need to flick the headunit internal amp on if I want it. Not sure about hertz, never listened to a set myself. It looks like you are going to run passive(using the crossover supplied by manufacturer) so you wont be going for Seas or Scanspeak. Rainbow and DLS especially would be nice. Cant really go too far off DLS as far as speakers that sound good out of the box. oh yeah, time alignment is just to delay speakers so the speaker closest to you is delayed and sound reaches your ears at the same time(basically a refined Left-Right fader) |
