Hi,
Currently, my car is torn apart and I'm trying to remove the stock shifter so that I can install the TRD QuickShifter. I've almost got the old assembly out, but I can't figure out how to remove the two shift cables that are marked in the photo below.

If anyone knows how to get these out of the old shifter assembly(and install them in the new shifter), I'd really, really appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks in advance!

dude..to take them out just use a pair of pliers and pull up and side to side at the same time...reverse for re-install...no biggie..ohh and dont forget to put the metal spacers UNDER the shifter assy!
