Electical problemo Options

Hello I'm new to this great site, I recently bought a 94 celica , everything seems to run good, except i've been trying to figure out why my car when i don't have my key on ignition and i turn on my windshield wipers, my car will try to crank up, i don't even have my foot clutching, when i finally turn it over with my key, there's seem to be no electricity goin through my power windows, no radio, no sunroof, even my speed and rpm meters don't show any movement, I hope someone can help me with this, I've been reading the forums, i have come across maybe the 100a fuse might've blown I don't know I need some input I appreciate it and apologize for my grammar

Hey guys bringing this back up but where would one look to see if their is a short for Aux accessories that would drain the battery if not found, i believe i have this similar issue as my battery went dead in a day, probably do to a short that controls aux accessories? pictures would help tons too.
