Hello I'm new to this great site, I recently bought a 94 celica , everything seems to run good, except i've been trying to figure out why my car when i don't have my key on ignition and i turn on my windshield wipers, my car will try to crank up, i don't even have my foot clutching, when i finally turn it over with my key, there's seem to be no electricity goin through my power windows, no radio, no sunroof, even my speed and rpm meters don't show any movement, I hope someone can help me with this, I've been reading the forums, i have come across maybe the 100a fuse might've blown I don't know I need some input I appreciate it and apologize for my grammar

The easiest way to do this would be to get a multimeter and use it to see if there is a significant load on the battery. There will always be minimal load though, for things like the clock and stereo memory.
Make sure the car is turned off and check for a load. If there is a significant load, start pulling fuses 1 at a time. After you pull each fuse, check to see if the load is gone. once you find the culprit, the load should nearly dissappear. This will at least narrow the drain down to a specific accessory and make finding the short a lot easier. Hope this helps -------------------- -M-
