Hi all,
I know it's been asked in various forms before but has anyone actually managed to fit some gas struts to their bonnet? Could really do with losing the naff OEM support if possible. I'm sure it's do-able but just wondering if anyone had any success stories / pictures / parts used etc etc. Thanks in advance for any info. Best regards |

Thanks for the replies guys - much appreciated.
The main reason for wanting to do it is that I've got one of those c-one cooling panels fitted and the oem support isn't a particularly good fit with the panel fitted.
