I just measured and confirmed my suspicion, my rear end is 1.5" lower than my front end with no load. I know my rear struts are bad, so does this also mean my springs are shot? Or is this normal?

What are you measuring by? I hope not the fender gapping. If you look at almost any car, the front fenders are shaped with a bigger arch. Cars are made this way. Even if the cars finger gapping is more in the front, the body will look straight still. It's hard to say it is sagging unless you can really obviously tell the back is WAYYYY lower than the front assuming your suspension is stock for example.
